Towards becoming a better first responder
"Expert Execution Requires Foundation"
Emergency landscapes are fluid and complex environments. Often, time is a luxury we don’t have. Therefore, achieving positive outcomes greatly relies on preparation, specifically how well we can execute our fundamentals. As first responders we do our best, but I know we can always be better. Join me as a refine my fundamental skills so that in the time of uncertainty, my working memory is free to respond to everchanging environments. Lets truly be prepared for anything.

Meet Your Firefighter
Welcome, thanks for taking the time to visit my blog.
I’m 24 years old and work for Fire and Rescue NSW, commonly abbreviated to FRNSW.
My hopes in creating this blog are to raise the standards of my abilities and help lift the abilities of those around me.
The Firefighters I work with push to create a positive impact, we’re a great crew and care for one another. Our job can be very demanding, so I think it’s important to have a sense of comradeship. Lets stand together and be better than we were yesterday.
